Real estate developers and property owners utilize Rhove to attract and retain the best tenants, lower their marketing costs, reduce turnover expenses and maximize occupancy.

Job Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be able to develop, maintain, and grow long term relationships with customers; act as the primary point of contact for customer relationships, communicating KPIs and Metrics on a weekly basis to ensure expectations are being met; gather feedback from customers to help guide product iteration and overarching strategy, and ensure the successful on-boarding of new clients. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • On-board and launch new Rhove partners and partner properties
  • Act as the liaison between Rhove, property owners, and renters, answering questions and gathering feedback
  • Report weekly KPIs and metrics to key stakeholders
  • Build and deepen relationships with current customers
  • Learn our business and help align innovation with our customer needs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone with experience in a mixture of the following technologies:

  • 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager or relevant role; experience in Real Estate is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable ability to present to and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office / Google
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
